Each organization or team who is planning on participating in any Homecoming 2017 competition must have a representative in attendance at the General Information Meeting. Each organization or team participating in the specific events with meetings listed below must have a representative at each of those additional meetings as well.

9/13/17 at 7 p.m. in 3111 Ferguson Center OR 9/18/17 at 7 p.m. in 3111 Ferguson Center
This meeting will give an overview of Homecoming 2017 including all changes that participants need to be aware of. Attendees should include one or more representatives from each organization or team interested in participating in Homecoming 2017.
9/13/17 at 8 p.m. in 3111 Ferguson Center
This meeting will cover Athletics, Lawn Decoration/Tile Competition, Paint the Town Red, and Community Service events. Attendees should include one or more representatives from each organization participating in athletic or activity based events.
9/27/17 at 8 p.m. in Great Hall Ferguson Center
This meeting will cover Choreography judging and check-in schedule. Attendees should include one or more representatives from each choreography competition team. Teams without a representative will be disqualified.
10/10/17 at 7 p.m. in 3111 Ferguson Center
This meeting is for Community, Business, Non-Profit, Student Organizations, and Departments participating in parade to discuss route, etc. Attendees should include one or more representatives from each organization participating in the parade.
9/14/2017 at 6:30 p.m. in 132 Lloyd Hall
Students interested in running for Homecoming Queen or campaign managers may attend.
10/2/2017 at 7 p.m. in Ferguson Theater (2nd Floor Ferguson Center)
Mandatory overview of rules and regulations of Homecoming Queen campaigns. All Homecoming Queen Candidates and campaign managers must attend.
10/11/17 at 7:00 p.m. in 3125 Ferguson Center (Anderson Room)
This meeting will discuss Parade, Half-Time Preparation, etc. Candidates with the 5 highest votes must attend.
