Each organization or team who is planning on participating in any Homecoming 2023 competition must have a representative in attendance at the General Information Meeting. Each organization or team participating in the specific events with meetings listed below must have a representative at each of those additional meetings as well.

This meeting will give an overview of Homecoming 2022 competition process. This meeting is open to all UA students and any student organization interested in learning more about Homecoming Spirit Competition activities. This meeting will also include an overview of all events, and all changes that participants need to be aware of. Attendees should include one or more representatives from each organization or team interested in participating in Homecoming 2022.

This mandatory meeting will cover Athletics, Lawn Decoration, Paint the Town Red, and Community Service events. Attendees should include one or more representatives from each organization participating in athletic or activity based events. Mandatory for participants of these events.

This mandatory meeting will cover Choreography judging and check-in schedule. Attendees should include one or more representatives from each choreography competition team. Teams without a representative will be disqualified.

This meeting is for Community, Business, Non-Profit, Student Organizations, and Departments participating in parade to discuss route, etc. Attendees should include one or more representatives from each organization participating in the parade.
